"Simple app and easy on the budget"
I’ve been using the Tello app for a bit now, it’s been straightforward. I can check my data, renew my plan, and make changes without having to hunt around forever. It also loads quickly on my phone, which I appreciate. I’m careful about what I spend on phone service, so I like that I can keep an eye on my plan and adjust things when needed. It’s not packed with fancy extras, but it does what I need and I haven’t run into any problems so far

My bill has been really easy to understand every month, and I haven’t had any random fees suddenly showing up. I always check because I like to compare with what other people are experiencing too, and so far it’s been straightforward

"Pretty smooth setup"
I was setting up a new plan on tello the site was easy to use. I thought I might have to dig around a bit, actually, no, everything was straightforward. Changing the plan options was simple, and I liked that the price updated right away when I picked different data or minutes. Checkout was quick too, with no strange extra steps. It loaded fine on both my laptop and my phone, which was nice. Just a solid experience overall when a website does what it’s supposed to do

i mean, I mostly use Tello as a mobile hotspot for my laptop when I’m out and it’s been solid. It connects easily, and the speed is good enough for email, browsing, and the occasional video call. It has slowed down a few times in busy areas, so it’s not perfect, but for the price I’m happy with it. Setup was simple too.

I got the eSIM working in just a few minutes while I was sitting at my kitchen table with a half-finished coffee. The instructions were clear enough, and my phone connected pretty much right away without any drama. i was expecting at least one annoying issue, but it all went smoothly. Happy with it.

I was a little nervous my phone wouldn’t work, but the compatibility checker was super easy to use and confirmed my device was good to go. Getting the SIM set up took a bit of fiddling... probably around 10 minutes or so. After that, calls and data worked just fine. The instructions could’ve been a little clearer, but overall I’m happy with it

"Pretty solid service for the price"
I switched over to tello a few months ago, it’s been better than I expected. I kind of assumed there had to be some catch because the price was so low, but so far the coverage has been solid. My calls haven’t been dropping, and I actually get service in a lot of places around town, even inside a few stores where my old carrier used to struggle. The data isn’t blazing fast all the time, which makes me wonder if they’re keeping speeds a little modest to offer the lower price, but it still works fine for maps, music, and scrolling around. For what I’m paying, I really can’t complain.

I changed my minutes and data once when my usage was different that month, and it was really simple. No weird fees popped up, no hassle, nothing confusing. Based on that, it seems like they’re flexible in general if you need to adjust things

"I’ve been using Tello for a bit..."
I’ve been using Tello for a bit now, and yeah, it’s been solid. Like, nothing dramatic to report, which is kind of the point. Calls go through, texts send when they’re supposed to, and I’m not sitting there wondering if something got lost somewhere.
The data has been fine for my usual stuff, maps, checking email, looking things up, that sort of thing. I’m not doing anything super heavy with it, but for regular everyday use it’s been… yeah, totally enough.
What I really like is that I haven’t had those random dropouts I used to get with my old provider. No weird dead moments or messages showing up late for no reason. It just works, that’s all I was hoping for.
